Blush - The only one in this pack I regularly use.

Snake - This is meant to illicit a chalky/grainy snake tattoo pattern on the skin.

Checkerboard Pattern - I use this for plaid shirts basically.

Gem Effect - This is great for a backdrop for eyes or an overlay on the character to show leaves or something like that.
